Introduction
Welcome to the signature digital showroom of Inliv. By browsing our curated collections, requesting custom artisan commissions, or acquiring our handcrafted masterpieces, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.
These terms govern the relationship between our esteemed clientele and Inliv regarding any interactions on our site, digital inquiries, or offline designer showroom transactions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, we kindly ask that you refrain from accessing our boutique services or engaging our workshop for custom fabrications.
Bespoke Craftsmanship & Variances
At Inliv, our pieces are not mass-produced; they are individually sculpted masterpieces. Each item is hand-finished using raw, premium-grade solid wood, curated metals, and exquisite natural marble sourced globally.
Every tree, quarry slab, and custom leather hide possesses unique, non-replicable characteristics. As such, the grain variations, knots, color shading, stone veining, and micro-textures are not structural defects but rather the distinct, artistic signature of high-end authentic craftsmanship.
When purchasing from Inliv, you acknowledge that:
- Minor differences in final product dimensions (within a standard margin of 1.5 cm) may occur due to hand-sculpted woodwork details.
- Natural wood swells and contracts subtly based on local moisture levels. Proper climate control is recommended to maintain the exquisite finish of solid timber creations.
- Natural stone slabs feature unique veins, pockets, and shading patterns. The exact veining layout on marble tables will vary from digital render illustrations.
Ordering, Deposits & Payments
To commission an item or secure a limited-run piece, customers must proceed through our secure checkout channels or complete a formalized showroom invoice.
Given the bespoke nature of our premium collections, the following payment conditions apply:
- Custom Commissions: A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total invoice is required to initiate material sourcing and design blueprint approvals.
- Final Settlement: The remaining balance of fifty percent (50%) is due immediately upon production completion, prior to scheduling dispatch from our workshop.
- Cancellation Window: Order alterations or cancellations are only accepted within forty-eight (48) hours of deposit payment. Beyond this period, timber selection and sculpting will have commenced, and deposits cannot be refunded.
White-Glove Shipping & Logistics
We provide exclusive white-glove shipping networks globally to ensure that our premium masterpieces reach your sanctuary in absolute pristine condition. Delivery includes structural handling, unpacking, room-of-choice placement, and disposal of heavy packaging materials.
Our logistical standards require client coordination on the following metrics:
- Spatial Assessment: It is the client's sole responsibility to ensure that doorways, corridors, stairwells, and service elevator cages are adequately dimensioned to receive large statement furniture pieces.
- Delivery Surcharges: Surcharges may apply if custom crating, rigging, or hoisting over exterior balconies is required due to restricted indoor entry access.
- Inspection Duty: Upon arrival, the client or their designated representative must inspect the furniture thoroughly and sign the delivery receipt, confirming that the pieces arrived in immaculate condition.
Sanctuary Warranty & Maintenance
Each Inliv masterpiece represents a lifetime commitment to enduring luxury. We stand firmly behind our workmanship and offer a five-year structural warranty on all timber and metal frameworks under typical interior residential use.
This warranty excludes:
- Damage resulting from placing furniture in environments with improper humidity controls or directly under intense heat vents.
- Natural fading, discoloration, or patina of fine leathers and raw fabrics due to exposure to direct sunlight.
- Superficial staining, etching, or chips on marble or solid wood surfaces caused by chemical cleaners, acid exposure, or abrasive materials.
To safeguard your investment, we recommend utilizing Inliv's proprietary care kits and maintaining a consistent interior ambient humidity between 40% and 60%.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any transactional agreements arising from designer consultations are governed exclusively by national and state laws where Inliv's main administrative headquarters is established.
Any disputes, claims, or legal actions shall be resolved exclusively through private arbitration pathways prior to filing judicial claims, minimizing disruption to the craft, brand, and customer experience.
